Should you take an isolated vitamin supplement? Advertisements bombarding us say so because they say they can fight off diseases when, in reality, no credible studies have shown this.

Having such vitamin C supplements is not an assurance that your immune system will improve. So what should you do? Go back to basics and eat your fruits and vegetables, my friends. That is still the best way to go.
