Well, seriously, it is difficult to discern what the effects of vitamins really are due to the contrasting researches that universities and external research centers present. Of course, vitamin companies present researches that are in their favor, and the same is true for the industry's critics.

Just look at this article on Vitamin E and C and its alleged effects on lowered mortality. Decide for yourself.
