IMA's Sold its Vitamins Operations

Inverness Medical Innovations Inc. has sold its Inverness Medical Nutritionals and IVC Industries Business which is the vitamin and nutritional supplements subsidiary of the company, to International Vitamin Corp (IVC) for $63 million
Inverness' vitamin operation brought about $63.6 million sales in the first nine month of last year, but also posted a $2.4 million worth of losses in that time.
