01/11/09 23:31
You don't always have to purchase the most expensive vitamins out there to stay healthy. You do not have to buy the rarest ingredients to ensure that you are kept fit. Sometimes, the key to good health is just sitting inside your refrigerator.

Grab some olive oil, lettuce, tomatoes, and a few other vegetables and you will have the ingredients to a healthy salad.

Take, for example, this study printed on the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) saying that vitamins C and E do not prevent heart disease or cancer. This is a rather surprising development, isn't it? Well, NaturalNews.com says it has its flaws.

01/02/09 14:10

New studies made by University of Warwick scientists show that Vitamin B1 reverses kidney damage in diabetics. While the study is not-at-all conclusive of the vitamin's role, it should give us some picture.

Medical authorities in the US and in the UK, however, take it with a grain of salt. Why? They are known to historically discredit nutritional supplements and go for pharmaceuticals.
