Good news for those who have excruciating pain that migraine brings, a study in Australia shows that Vitamin B and Folic acid could be powerful heavy hitters for this condition. Griffith University's Professor Lyn Griffith said that a trial found that vitamin B and folate significantly reduced the symptoms connecting to migraine like nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to bright lights and sounds.

Kids who need vitamins are least likely to take them

Quite unsurprisingly, the very children who need to take vitamins badly are the ones who are least likely to actually take it, according to researchers at the University of California-Davis Children's Hospital.

The primary reason? These malnourished children are prevented from eating well because of financial constraints. It's also because of financial problems that they find vitamin supplements to be unnecessary.
