In a research that was conducted on eight clinical trials of more than 24,000 people suggest that taking up B vitamins are no help to reduce the chance of heart attack and stroke in people who have heart disease or risk factors for heart disease.The findings had appeared in the Cochrane Library, which is published by the Cochrane Collaboration.
According to lead researcher Dr. Arturo J. Marti-Carvajal, the proven way to protect the heart is to stop smoking, have a regular exercise, do regular check ups and test and eat balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
